Of course, we’ve all heard the rumours of certain incidents where someone may have “dug too deep”, but surely that seemingly bottomless chasm at the heart of this network of caverns can’t be an example of that. Besides, what are the odds that there are creatures who thrive on or inhabit the glowing crimson mushrooms in those dark recesses?
