They say no dwarf is an island, but building a dwarfhold on the other side of a mist-filled chasm might be the next best thing. A choppy white-water river is a good alternative as well, but what about a bridge of light that’s hardly visible and prevents invaders from crossing over? How about a completely invisible bridge that requires a tried and trusted leap of faith so that only the penitent person must pass?
